		<description>The family is cautious but supportive! I think yoga during hot weather is ok as long as its not too extreme - I used to do it in India all the time in hot weather, and survived. 

I did the cleanse as more of a mind and body purification thing rather than a fad diet. Although, with one look at message boards on the internet, it seems that many people do sadly use it for such purposes!</description>

I dig that Ayurvedic medicine doesn't approve of cleanses during hot/cold weather -- kinda like yoga and hot days, something I've been hearing about more and more also.  These extreme externalities so often dictate... and overwhelming much don't they.

How's the family with all of this -- anyone bugging you about the cleanse?</description>
