So, umm, is the highest purpose of Unions to fill out cards? “Under the business unionism
model, an organizing campaign is based on getting people to sign cards and then turning them out to win the vote … The highest level of involvement for a worker would be to convince co-workers to sign union cards and come to the vote.”
