Bans, Property Prices, & BC is so Well Read

SMOKE BANS, READ MORE...This is a rant on the most tragic of the news today, feel free to contribute in any ways possible. Most of all, let’s agree to disagree.
Ole’ chum property owners pat themselves on the back again, when are all the assessments going to stop rising? Not any time soon it seems.

What’s the news with Community courts and why do we need them? Are we streamlining repeat offenders into a new kind of punitive apparatus? While Community Courts provide a quick response to offenders by and large living below the poverty line, committing dumb property crimes to supplement welfare at best and at worst pay for a habit — do you think these will work?

Why is BC not mandating mandatory water-saving toilets, and enforcing smoke bans? Let’s take the lead from Alberta, why don’t we. I don’t have a problem with that.

Oh, but what i do have an issue with is that BC is allegedly the best read province in the country, I find that an odd conclusion and wonder why anyone would really bother making such comparisons — considering we have more universities and colleges than any other province in the country.
