Act now, this is the next two days in Vancouver. The Virgin Festival is visiting the West Coast this year. After making its Canadian debut in Toronto last year, the Virgin Festival will return in 2007 in both Vancouver and Ontario’s capital. The two-day fest will set up two stages at the University Of British Columbia’s Thunderbird Stadium on the Victoria Day long weekend on May 20 and 21. Bring your Photo ID, One sealed plastic bottle of water, a small amount of personal food in soft containers, Clothing for changing weather conditions (it will likely be cool at night!), and given the weather we’ve had this weekend Raingear, Bug spray, Hat, and a camera. Confirmed to play the first day are My Chemical Romance, Billy Talent and Rise Against (among others BELOW). Day two will feature The Killers, AFI and Hot Hot Heat, among others.
